A quiet space for the things you do together.

WithYou is a planner for couples. Tasks, shopping lists, bills, shared goals, soft nudges, and a weekly ritual. At the pace that suits you both.

Why we built this

Most planners are made for one person, racing themselves. We made one for two, moving together, at their own pace.

No streaks-as-pressure. No leaderboards. Just shared tasks, shopping lists, bills, goals, gentle nudges, and a weekly check-in that actually feels good to do.

Everything inside WithYou
01 Tasks

Some tasks are yours. Some need both of you.

Assign tasks to yourself, your partner, or own them together. A joint task stays open until both of you check in. No one's left guessing. Add a "why this matters" so context travels with the task, not just the checkbox.

"A shared to-do means we stop asking each other twice."
02 Shared Goals

Big things, in small, kind steps.

Plant a goal: eating well, a road trip, a calmer home. Add tasks as life suggests them. Watch milestones light up, gently. No pressure, no deadlines hanging over you.

03 Gentle Nudges

The opposite
of "reminding".

When your partner's handling something, you can send a soft check-in without nagging. Pick a tone from five warm options, or write your own line. It arrives gently, and they choose what to do with it. Capped at one per task per day, by design.

04 Weekly Check-in

Ten minutes. Three questions. Every week.

Gratitude, capacity, and a support ask. Not a performance review. Just a small, caring conversation made easier. WithYou guides you through it, and you choose what to share with each other.

05 Journal

A quiet record of your two-person life.

Every task completed, milestone reached, and appreciation sent threads into a calm timeline. Add a reflection when you feel like it. Read it back in a year and see how far you came, together.

06 Shopping Lists

Divide and conquer the grocery run.

Split up in the store and check things off as they land in the basket. Your partner sees it disappear from their list in real time. No more double-buying oat milk. Multiple shared lists, synced instantly between both phones.

07 Bill Reminders

Know who's paying what before it's due.

Add your recurring bills, assign each one to whoever handles it, and both of you always see the full picture. WithYou quietly reminds whoever is responsible a few days before each due date.

08 Shared Calendar

One calendar both of you actually look at.

Add events for just yourself, your partner, or both. See your week at a glance, shared and personal side by side. No more "I didn't know you had that" moments.

Ready when you are

Two of you. One quiet space.

A shared space that actually feels good to use.

Leave your details on the right. We'll be in touch.

Join the waitlist

We'll reach out the day it's ready. Just the one email that matters.

We won't spam you ever.

You're on the list.

We'll be in touch as soon as WithYou is ready. If you added your partner's email, we'll invite them too.

A few honest questions.

Do we both need the app?

Yes, that's the whole point. WithYou is built for two devices, two people, one shared space. Setup takes about 90 seconds for each of you, and you're linked from the moment you both finish.

Is it private?

Everything inside WithYou is just for the two of you. Notes, journal entries, reflections. They never leave your shared space. We don't sell data. We don't have an "engagement team."

What if my partner doesn't want to use it?

Then this isn't the right tool, and that's okay. WithYou doesn't work as a one-sided app, by design. We'd rather you find something that fits than push something that doesn't.

How much does it cost?

Free to use for one goal at a time. WithYou Together (unlimited goals, longer journal history, custom milestone styles) is $4 a month, split between you, so $2 each. Cancel any time.

Is it for any kind of couple?

WithYou is for any two people who share a life: dating, married, queer, straight, long-distance, cohabiting, or somewhere in between. The language is "two of you," not "husband and wife."

Can I have tasks just for myself?

Yes. Private tasks are only visible to you. Your partner won't see them. You get the organizational benefit without everything being shared.

What about families with kids?

Right now, WithYou is just for two. A small-family version is on our roadmap for late 2026. Join the waitlist above if you'd like to hear when it's ready.
