WithYou is built for two people who trust each other, and it's built to deserve that trust. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

We collect only what you put in: your name, email address, and the content you create inside the app (tasks, goals, notes, journal entries, check-in responses, shopping lists, bill reminders, calendar events). Nothing more.

We run anonymous Google Analytics to understand device and platform usage in aggregate. This data contains no personal identifiers. We cannot tie it to you as an individual.

What we do not collect

• No behavioural tracking or user profiling
• No telemetry beyond aggregate device analytics
• No advertising identifiers
• No advertising trackers or pixels

How your data is stored

Your data is stored on Supabase, our server-side infrastructure provider, and transmitted over HTTPS at all times. Your content is private to your paired relationship. Nobody else inside or outside WithYou can read it.

Data you delete is deleted immediately. When you delete an item, it is gone from our servers. When you delete your account via the profile page, all your data (every task, note, goal, journal entry, and personal detail) is permanently removed.

Your rights

• Access: you can view everything you've stored inside the app at any time.
• Deletion: delete individual items in-app, or delete your account entirely from your profile settings.
• Portability: contact us to request an export of your data.

We will never

• Sell your data to anyone, ever
• Show you targeted advertising
• Share your personal information with third parties for marketing

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate WithYou:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Google Analytics — anonymous aggregate device analytics only
• MailerLite — waitlist email communication

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We choose providers that align with our values around minimal data use.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We follow security best practices for authentication and data storage. See our Security page for more detail.
