Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

These terms govern your use of WithYou. By using the app, you agree to them. They're written to be readable, not to obscure anything.

Who can use WithYou

WithYou is available to anyone 13 years or older. You need to create an account and pair with one other person to use the shared features. Each account is personal, one person per account.

What you can do

You can use WithYou to manage shared tasks, goals, shopping lists, bill reminders, calendar events, journal entries, and check-ins with your partner. You own the content you create. We don't claim any rights over it.

What you may not do

Accounts and pairing

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. WithYou pairs exactly two accounts and creates a shared space between you and one partner. You can unpair at any time from your profile settings, which ends the shared relationship in the app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. This permanently and immediately removes all your data from our servers. There is no recovery after deletion.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features over time. We'll communicate significant changes in advance where possible.

Limitation of liability

WithYou is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WithYou after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We'll notify you of material changes via the app or email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
